Our accommodation is usually full so it can take time for a room to become free. If you’re not happy, make it known to one of our team, and we’ll find another room for you when one becomes available.

The rent covers bills for essential amenities like water, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi so you won’t see any extra charges.

When you walk into the building for the first time, you’ll be greeted by one of our Welcome Team. They’ll help you find reception (where you’ll pick up your keys and sign your contract), find your room and point out all the important places like the laundry room. When you get to your room, you’ll find a comprehensive Welcome Pack, which should answer all of your questions. But rest assured that our Welcome Team will be on hand all day to help you settle in.

You can visit the accommodation during the university’s open days. To respect the privacy of our current tenants, we don’t allow tours at any other time. If you can’t make it to the open day, you can view our tour videos on the site page or look around rooms with our interactive 360 tour.

Our accommodations are designed primarily for students, but we also welcome applications from young professionals at select locations. In Graz, Leipzig, and Vienna, our residences cater to both students and young professionals, offering flexible, modern living spaces. Cardiff and Leicester, however, are exclusively for students, creating a vibrant, focused student community.
