How to rent a car?

  1. Choose the car available.
  2. Make your reservation online, upload all the necessary information and documents, and complete your payment online. After completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please keep this email handy for pick-up and drop-off. If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
  3. Visit the reception during your selected pick-up hours and show your reservation.
  4. Get your car and go!
  5. Return the car at the exact same location and in the same condition you received it, during the drop-off hour you selected during the reservation.

What Car Can I Rent? 

We currently offer two electric cars for rent. The model is the Volkswagen ID.3 Pro.

The ID.3 Pro is a fully electric compact hatchback, known for its modern design, eco-friendly performance, and advanced technology. It offers a comfortable driving experience with a spacious interior, impressive range, and fast charging capabilities, making it a great choice for both city driving and longer trips.

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Driver's license must be uploaded during the reservation process

How much does it cost to rent the car?

The rental fees will be displayed in the booking system during the reservation process.

What should I do if the car is damaged during my use?

You must report any damage to the reception immediately. Depending on the situation, additional charges may apply.

Can I extend my reservation?

Yes, but only if the car is available for the extended period. Contact the reception for assistance with extending your reservation.

Can someone else drive the car during my reservation?

No, only the person who made the reservation and uploaded their driver’s license is permitted to drive the car.

What happens if I return the car late?

Returning the car later than the agreed drop-off time may result in additional fees. Please ensure you return the car during the drop-off hour selected in your reservation.

What kind of charging infrastructure is available?

The cars will be charged and ready for use when you pick them up. If additional charging is required during your trip, instructions will be provided in the car.
