Important Update for 26/27 Tenancies
In line with the UK Renters’ Rights Act 2025 in England, rent will be calculated and charged on a monthly basis. We will continue to offer 44-week and 51-week tenancy options, with the choice to pay either in full or by instalments.
For 44-week tenancies, rent will be payable over 11 monthly instalments. For 51-week tenancies, rent will be payable over 12 monthly instalments.
Weekly and monthly rates will be displayed during the online booking process. The tenancy agreement will state the monthly rent only.
